Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of €199 or more.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Customers may choose between Standard and UPS Express delivery at checkout.
- Standard delivery: approximately 3–5 business days (± €12)
- UPS Express delivery: approximately 1–2 business days (± €18)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Most orders placed and paid before 15:00 (Amsterdam time) are dispatched the same business day.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order review and processing before dispatch.
Carriers & Tracking
Our RSO and CBD house products are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Once your order is marked as completed, you will receive tracking information by email within one business day.
Delivery Issues
In the rare event that a shipment is lost or not delivered, we will investigate the issue with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the Netherlands may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
- These costs are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges.
- We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.
Some products may require specific permits or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. We cannot be held responsible for delays, additional costs, or non-delivery resulting from customs regulations.

Changes or Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Refunds, Returns & Replacements
All return, replacement, or refund requests must be submitted by email to:

Please include your order number in all correspondence.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
- Items damaged during transit must be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
- Errors or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
- Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Where applicable, we may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. This helps us resolve matters as quickly as possible.
Faulty or damaged products may be eligible for replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Right of Withdrawal & Hygiene Exception
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the product remains unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
For health and hygiene reasons, all our products are sealed within the meaning of Article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken after delivery.
- If the seal remains intact, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days.
- Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
This hygiene-based exclusion applies in particular to sealed food supplements and extracts, including RSO products.
If the seal has been broken, returned products cannot be refunded. In such cases, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement product as a goodwill gesture.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind and wish to return a product:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in brand-new condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded after inspection.
Returns Process
- All returns must be approved before sending items back.
- Return addresses are anonymous, so you must contact us first.
- Faulty products may be returned using a label we provide.
- We do not cover return costs for accidental orders or changes of mind.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging when returning items.
- Damage during return transit caused by inadequate packaging is the responsibility of the sender.
Important Notes
- Products cannot be refused at the door or returned directly to the courier.
- Please wait until delivery is completed and then follow the official returns procedure.
- This helps ensure returns are traceable and processed correctly.
