General Use

Allow the oil to reach room temperature before use. If extraction is difficult, gently warm the syringe in a warm water bath
(do not use a microwave).

Begin with a low amount and increase gradually based on individual response.

As a dietary supplement, use once or twice daily.
During the first week, a starting amount of approximately 0.02 ml is commonly used.
